The Military Joint Stock Commercial Bank (MBBank) has increased its
charter capital from VND16 trillion (US$716.6 million) to VND16.31
trillion after merging with Song Da Finance Company (SDFC).
The State Bank of Viet Nam (SBV) has issued a decision to approve the
merger of Song Da Finance Company (SDFC) and Military Commercial Joint
Stock Bank (MBBank).
The Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank will
complete its merger with Song Da Finance Company this year, the bank
reported on its website after a shareholder meeting yesterday.
